(c) Provide accurate and up-to-date personal information during the application process and as part of their profile.
3.3 Members are prohibited from:
(a) Sharing their membership benefits with non-members unless expressly allowed.
(b) Using OTISVIP platforms to engage in illegal or unethical activities.
(c) Soliciting other members for personal or commercial gain without consent.
4. Community guidelines
4.1 OTISVIP fosters an inclusive, respectful, and professional environment. Members must treat each other with respect and courtesy.
4.2 Harassment, discrimination, or any form of abusive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of membership.
4.3 Members are encouraged to contribute positively to the OTISVIP community by sharing insights, participating in events, and supporting fellow members.
5. Fees and payments
5.1 Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in specific circumstances.
5.2 Members must ensure timely payment of their annual membership fees and any additional fees for premium services or events.
5.3 OTISVIP reserves the right to adjust membership fees and will provide members with reasonable notice of such changes.
6. Events and services
6.1 OTISVIP may organize exclusive events, workshops, and networking opportunities. Members are required to RSVP and adhere to event-specific terms and conditions.
6.2 OTISVIP is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during participation in its events or services.
7. Termination and suspension
7.1 OTISVIP reserves the right to terminate or suspend a member’s account without notice if the member violates these Terms of Use.
7.2 Members may terminate their membership by providing written notice to OTISVIP. No refunds will be provided for unused membership periods.
7.3 Termination of membership does not relieve a member of any outstanding financial obligations.
8. Intellectual property
8.1 All content, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and software, available on OTISVIP platforms is the intellectual property of OTISVIP or its licensors.
8.2 Members may not reproduce, distribute, or modify OTISVIP’s intellectual property without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of liability
9.1 OTISVIP provides its services on an “As Is” basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free functionality.
9.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, OTISVIP is not liable for:
(a) Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of its services.
(b) Loss of data or unauthorized access to member accounts.
10. Governing law and dispute resolution
10.1 These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom and Nigeria.
10.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms of Use shall be resolved through arbitration or mediation, as determined by OTISVIP, before seeking legal recourse.

3.5 All our website financial transactions are handled through our payment services provider, PayPal/Stripe. You can review the provider's privacy policy here. We will share information with our payment services provider only to the extent necessary for processing payments you make via our website, refunding such payments, and dealing with complaints and queries relating to such payments and refunds.
